This property was purchased in Nov. 2015. Since then we have renovated the upstairs with new hard wood flooring, complete bathroom overhaul with heated tile flooring, new kitchen tile flooring, new countertops, can lighting in kitchen and living room, new carpets in bedrooms, and fresh paint throughout. The first floor recieved new carpets. The common space in the basement got new washer and dryer as well as some much needed cleaning and paint. The outside saw some tree trimming and a few overgrown arborvitae removed as well as a sickly fruit tree. Planning on some land scaping as well as fresh exterior pain in 2016.

This property was purchased in 2011. It recieved new hard wood flooring on the second level, new carpets, fresh paint, land scaping, fence installation, and garage improvements.
